information to make an appointment include: full name, phone number, email address, and credit card information. a non-refundable/non transferable fifty-dollar deposit is required of all new clients in order to successfully book a reservation. the deposit will be applied to the service total. please give a twenty four hour notice of rescheduling or cancelation—failure to do so will result in a charge of the full service price using the credit card on file. arriving after the scheduled appointment time will result in a minimal service, reschedule, or refusal or service. many instances of tardiness may result in refusal of future services.
booking nail services every two to three weeks is recommended for hygiene and to maintain and general nail health. a consultation is included with every appointment to achieve optimal nail goals.
not all nail beds are best suited for gel enhancements and adhesion varies between each person based on genetics and habits. please make note of any allergies or health conditions that may be triggered by but not limited to the processes used for nail enhancements or hair products that are used in the studio.

to aide in keeping your set fresh please keep hands moisturized with lotion/cuticle oil and avoid using nails as tools (ex: opening cans, scooping moisturizer, peeling stickers).
repeated motions with hands (ex:typing, sports) warm water, harsh chemicals, sauna use, and excess soaking in water will loosen the bonds between the nail enhancement prematurely. do not pick or peel the enhancement off as that will cause multiple layers of the natural nail to come with it leading to a weaker nail plate.
if an accident occurs, please contact me in order to make an appointment in order to fix the loosened nail. after three days of the original appointment, nail fixes are ten dollars each nail.
